140: How Do I Stay Motivated to Save?

Hey, I'm Chris.

I'm a former Analyst, Podcaster, and Producer. My goal is to help you understand your finances better in about the time it takes to make a bag of popcorn!

How do I stay motivated to save? Paying off debt can be an emotional journey, so it makes sense that it would be tough to keep that momentum going once your debt is gone.  Today I tackle a question that I received from Tamie on this very topic with some help from financial coach Ericka Young.

  1. This was super helpful. I too have trouble sticking to saving goals, in fact, I don’t have saving goals because it’s so difficult to stick to them. But keeping your eye on the prize helps. Envisioning a future life where everything is as you plan it to be, helps a lot!
