446: PFN – March Inflation Update – Housing is Still an Issue & Car Insurance Rate Hikes Are Having a Big Impact

Hey, I'm Chris.

I'm a former Analyst, Podcaster, and Producer. My goal is to help you understand your finances better in about the time it takes to make a bag of popcorn!

You’ve probably noticed that I took a couple of weeks off from Popcorn Finance News, but this week I’m back at it, and I have more than one number to share! Three weeks ago, the Labor Bureau released inflation data from March, and I’ve been going over those numbers ever since. So today, I’ll share the most interesting pieces of information I found after analyzing five years’ worth of inflation data, including if grocery prices are going down and how car insurance rates have risen. We’ll discuss this and more in today’s episode of Popcorn Finance NEWS!

Today’s Number is 3.5%

This is the inflation number for March.
